Garlic has a number of health benefits because it contains sulphur phytochemicals. These act as antioxidants, are anti-inflammatory and help to fight inflammation and infection in the body.
Turmeric

Turmeric is famed for its anti inflammatory and anti oxidant properties. It’s inflammation-fighting powers can be credited to curcumin. If you don’t like the tase you can always take it in capsule form, these ones work great.
Ginger

Ginger has many health benefits including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. You can also do a ginger tea and sip on it throughout the day.
Fruits & Vegtables

Bursting with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants fruits and vegetables are the MVP of immune boosting ingredients. They contain tons of essential vitamins and minerals you should get at least eight servings per day.
