This can hardly be called a recipe because is super simple and easy to make with only a few ingredients. But here we are- I love garlic aioli it can be used to dip veggies, crackers, and fries, not to mention this is also so yummy on a burger or sandwich. I love making a batch of this and taking it to a friends BBQ it’s the perfect addition! Now there are a few vegan mayo’s on the market as a plant based diet is becoming more mainstream (yay)! I’ve tried quite a few of them and by far my favourite is Hellmann’s vegan mayo- this mayo tastes exactly like the real thing no one will know it’s vegan! Even my husband says he loves the taste! This recipe is so easy as we are not making homemade mayo but using the Hellmann’s one. Keep reading for my easy vegan garlic aioli.

Easy Vegan Garlic Aioli
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (56g) vegan mayonnaise (my favourite is Hellmann’s)
- 2 garlic clove pressed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Garnish with Parsley
Instructions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients, use a garlic press to crush the garlic, add more salt and pepper if necessary to taste. You can double this recipe to make a larger batch if you like. It’s that simple!!!
Vegan Garlic Aioli

This is a delicous vegan dipping sauce thats great for dipping veggies and excellent on burgers too!
- 1/4 cup 56g vegan mayonnaise (my favourite is Hellmann’s)
- 2 garlic clove pressed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tsp Parsley
Mix everything together in a bowl and serve
