Grilled Peach Salsa

In today’s blog post I’m bringing you a delicious fresh take on salsa, and this recipe is perfect for summer. I collaborated with @simplyrealhannahb she made the salsa, and I made the peach & pink lemonade punch. These two recipes go perfect together, and are great to serve at a summer gathering. Keep reading for Hannah’s grilled peach salsa recipe.

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

3. Remove peaches and onion from the grill and chop as well. Add to the rest.

4. Whisk together dressing ingredients and add to the mixed produce. Toss well so everything is incorporated.

 5. For best flavour, let the salsa sit for at least 15 mins or overnight to let everything soak together!6. Serve with chips, Peach & Pink Lemonade Punch, and grab some sun – enjoy!!
