3 Easy DIY Body Scrub Recipes for Glowing Skin
Citrus Scrub
This scrub is super refreshing and smells great. Oranges have some amazing skin benefits they are packed full of citrus acid which is an amazing ingredient to help fight breakouts.
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 tbsp of orange zest
- 1 tbsp of agave
- 5-10 drops of citrus essential oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup of sunflower, avocado, or coconut oil

Coffee Scrub
This coffee scrub will help reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and reduce puffiness.
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of ground coffee
- 1 tbs of vanilla extract

Simple sugar scrub
This scrub is so simple, you most likely have all the ingredients in your pantry and you can customize it too.
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of sunflower oil
- 15-20 drops of your favourite essential oil
- optional dried flower petals
