How to Make Infused Water

There are so many different flavour combinations to try. You can use herbs, fruits, and veggies you can use to make your H20 super tasty. You can use a large pitcher or an individual water bottle, whatever suits you best! Rinse all your ingredients and you can cut up the veggies, herbs or fruit and add into your water. Let sit for at least an hour so that the ingredients have time to infuse the water. That’s is so simple!! You can also eat the fruit and veggies when you are done!!
