What Happened When I tried Chlorophyll for a week
So of course I have to jump on this vial TikTok trend so I went ahead and ordered some liquid chlorophyll off Amazon. Once it arrived I started taking it in the mornings and just adding it into my water and had it with my usually morning cup of coffee. The taste of chlorophyll water is actually good it just tasted like clean water to me. I found that through out the 7 days I drank chlorophyll water I was more conscious in general about drinking H20 I also noticed a slight improvement in my skin (but that also could have been because I was drinking more water). As for weight loss or anything like that 7 days is not enough time to get the full benefits. But I do think that I will continuing drinking chlorophyll water as I like the simplicity of it and it make me feel healthy!
