It’s finally here the best time of year! I love decorating my home for the holidays and this year is extra special as we welcomed our daughter Blair on November 3rd. This year I actually kept it a bit more simple we usually do several trees and this year I just opted for our main one in the living room, having a new baby means we are short on time and sleep! But decorating our home and making it feel festive kicks off the holiday season for me I can’t wait to make memories with my daughter decorating our home together and doing all the fun things the festive season has to offer! Christmas 2022 Home Tour
This year I didn’t buy too much to add to my Christmas collection. I bought a new stocking for our daughter, some vintage looking gold bells, and garlands. This year I was going for more of an old world Christmas vibe lots of garlands, wreaths, vintage bells, and lots of silver and gold, I think this style is so timeless and cozy.
This year I am obsessed with hanging garland everywhere, it gives such a Christmas feel. I searched everywhere for a garland that would look realistic and not break the bank. I found this one from Kirklands and it’s and exact dupe for the Afloral one at a fraction of the price, and it looks so real and high quality too. I ordered a bunch more for next year! I also incorporated a few old brass bells I love these and they add such a nice touch to the garland. I recommend collecting your Christmas decor and getting a few pieces each year, I watch out for the sales otherwise it can get expensive.
